Appointment Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Weather Delays
In the event of inclement weather:
Services may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
We will notify you proactively of any scheduling adjustments.
Deposits
If a deposit is required:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before scheduled service.
Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
Maintenance Plans
For recurring maintenance agreements:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Future scheduled services may be canceled with 7 days’ notice.
Completed services are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued if:
Service was not performed as outlined in the proposal.
A documented error occurred.
Cosmetic dissatisfaction without material service deficiency does not constitute grounds for refund.
